AVEIL is a rental service for brides, specializing in those jaw-dropping, fashion-forward accessories you need for all your wedding celebrations. From your wild bachelorette party to those dreamy engagement photos, chic bridal showers, and even the rehearsal dinner – we've got you covered.

We offer 5 or 10 day rentals. The best part? This doesn't include shipping time, so you're only paying for the days you actually get to sparkle in your AVEIL pieces.

Need a little more time in the spotlight? We totally get it! If your event (destination wedding, perhaps) calls for a longer rental, just shoot us an email at hello@aveil.com and we’ll design a custom rental package that’s right for you!

We get it, life happens! But because another bride is eagerly awaiting her AVEIL moment, it's super important to ship your rental back by your return date.

• A little oops: If your rental isn't shipped back within one day of your return date, a $35 late fee will automatically apply.

• Gone (but not forgotten!) If your item isn't shipped back within 5 days of your return date and we haven't heard from you, we'll assume you fell head over heels and decided to keep it! In that case, you'll be charged the full retail value of the item, minus what you've already paid to rent it. So, let's keep the good vibes (and returns) flowing!

• Clutches: The perfect arm candy for any occasion.

• Hair Accessories: From delicate pins to statement headbands, we've got your crown.

• Jewelry: Necklaces, earrings, bracelets – all the sparkle you could wish for.

• Fine Jewelry: For those moments that call for something truly special.

Plans change – we totally get it!

• Swapping or Changing Dates: If you need to swap your rental for something else or adjust your dates, just email us at help@aveil.com.

• Cancellations: Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 30 days before delivery date: Free cancellation!

  • 15-30 days before delivery date: 50% refund.

  • Less than 2 weeks before delivery date: Unfortunately, cancellations at this point are non-refundable.

A quick note: Rental packages are not eligible for cash refunds and can only be exchanged for store credit.

Oops! Accidents happen, we totally understand. Your rental price includes coverage for general wear and tear – you know, the usual life of a well-loved accessory.

However, if an accessory is significantly damaged or gets lost, you will be charged the current retail price of the item. Let's keep those beauties safe!

We’re so excited to offer access to extraordinary diamond pieces through our trusted partners at Gage Diamonds. These high-value items are carefully curated and handled with great care—and we ask that the same care is taken while they’re in your possession.

Here’s what to know:

• Once your rental is delivered, you are fully responsible for the piece for the duration of your rental period.

• If an item is lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged, the renter is responsible for the full retail replacement value.

• If minor damage occurs and the piece can be repaired, the renter is responsible for all repair costs.

• At this time, Aveil does not offer additional insurance coverage for rentals. For added peace of mind, we recommend exploring personal jewelry insurance options.

While issues are rare, this policy allows us to continue offering brides access to exceptional jewelry at a fraction of the purchase price. If you have any questions or want to talk through options, we’re always happy to help.

Don't despair! Sometimes a bride changes her mind, or an item becomes available sooner than expected.

• Head to our homepage to submit a waitlist request for that specific item. If it opens up, we'll notify you right away!

• You can also email us at help@aveil.com with your contact information and shipping location, and we'll see what magic we can work to get it to you.

These items are designed primarily for visual appeal and may have delicate materials or interior defects that make them less suitable for event wear. Some of the clutches are sealed shut.  

They are perfect for capturing those picture-perfect moments, but we recommend against using them for the entirety of your special day.
